- The content of your conversation with the AI assistant on this site, including any contact details you share in it.

- To answer your requests for quotations, samples, and information.
- To prepare contracts, export documents, and sample shipments.
- To improve the website and the AI assistant's answers.
- To meet legal obligations, including bookkeeping and customs.
03 Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent (given by ticking the consent box), the performance of an agreement you request, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
04 AI assistant
The assistant on this site is operated by our technology provider, Navibiz, using a third-party language model. Conversations are processed to generate answers and kept for up to 90 days for service reports, then deleted. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.
05 Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers who help us (website hosting, email, the AI assistant, sample couriers) under confidentiality agreements, or with authorities where the law requires it.
06 Visitors from the EU and UK
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your data is transferred to and processed in Indonesia. Your rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data still apply — contact us at the address below.
07 Retention and security
Inquiry data is kept for as long as our trading relationship lasts and up to 5 years afterwards for bookkeeping. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to the staff who need it.
