Hulling, screen grading, density tables, optical colour sorting, then hand-picking three times.

Quality lab

Moisture at 11–12.5%, cupping by licensed Q-graders, and a pre-shipment sample for buyer approval.

Stuffing & shipping

60 kg jute bags lined with GrainPro, 320 bags per 20ft container, sailing from Belawan port.
